My thoughts about new characters or reworks.

I feel like every new character or new rework shouldn't be allowed to be in ranked for at least a week. I've been having Swain's that don't really know what they are doing which isn't fair for the team he is on. People will probably hate the idea, but at least I gave some of my thoughts.

Thanks for reading and good luck on climbing the ladder.
