When is this torture gonna end?

So guys,i got banned for 14 days because of inting cause this one kid forcefully took my lane and i wanted to have fun,and i got my honor locked even tho i was level 5 last season,and it's been more than 3 weeks,almost a month,i am getting 1 honor minimum not from a premade freind a game,and still my honor is locked,okay i get it no key fragments and all that,but why don't i get chests?i got so many S ranks i could've gotten the 4 chests.I got pulsifre cait in my loot and im 800 orange essence shy of getting her,when will i have my honor unlocked again?if it's next season im quitting this game once and for all for good.I've sent riot 2 tickets and they still didn't give me a good answer,they kept repeating that after game honors will result in a quicker unlock,but they have to be kidding me,i got banned literally the second day after season 8,this just is really bad*[zombie-brand-facepalm]*
