Ranked Matchmaking Broken in season 6?

so I played my provisionals and did well every game I lost half my games no big deal but the problem being that almost every game I was playin with silvers when we were playing against platinum as well as gold tier players almost every game I have played a lot more summoner's rift than I ever have and got placed in the same place where I had been back in season 4 and 5 yet I have played more so now than ever and just curious as to why this issue has occurred and would like a chance to redo provisionals that accurately place you against people of slightly higher skill or slightly less than, being placed against way higher tiers and playing with lower tier players on the team I know I am not the only one that feels this way. please let me know what you guys think about this. I post this not to rant or complain I just want this to be shared and its attention brought to riots attention.
