Hextech Crafting Hype Suggestion

Although there is a very small chance that anyone at riot will see this, I would like to suggest something for the hextech crafting system. Teamfortress 2 had an event all the way back in 2010 as part of the engineer update which allowed for a very small chance to get a golden wrench for the engineer class when crafting anything with their inbuilt crafting system. There was only 100 Golden Wrenches available for the entire world and the amount of hype was unbelivible because the item could never be available again. As part of the grand opening of the hextech crafting system it would be really awesome to maybe have a skin that only had maybe be availble for 10,000 or even 50,000 people as a chance when you unboxed a hextech crate. Would love to see this in the game.
