I no longer ban Aphelios(he needs at least some clarity)

In order to learn how to play vs him, I was told to stop banning him. No longer I fear him. I faced my biggest enemy.

And yet as squishy and oneshotable as he is, his ult is unpredictable...

You can't tell his offhand weapon, unless you are keeping and eye on him since start of the game, it's nearly impossible to tell what weapon he has.

He has "different" effects on his ult, but let's be honest hear, you can hardly tell them apart in 1v1, now imagine 5v5 with all the flashy animations and sparkly skins...

Now to how I feel about him. For "incredibly mechanicaly hard" champ, which was said by many boards/reddit users and even Rioters, his skill floor is as low as, if not lower than, any other immobile champ. Can he not be blindpickable champ and rather otp one? And I'm talking Azir lvls here.

Like his design is so weird, complexity without much skill experession and mechanics necessary to learn in order to unlock his true potential = extremely toxic to play against.

Also, why 5 weapons? 3 would fit him more(one for CC, one for dueling/healing, one for range) and would make him more clear to face and not necessarily easier to play(since ammo managment would be more important).

Whatever, end of the rant, make it clear what he is about to do.

(ps - ppl saying that his global range is his biggest problem are delusional)

His ult's effect depends on his main hand weapon, not on his off-hand. It applies the weapon's effect on the champions he hit with, empowered of course.
