League of Legends Game Ends in Draw

Unfortunately I do not have a snapshot or game recording to prove my statement but I can tell you a League match ending in a draw is possible. I played a match where both the enemy team and my team surrendered within one second of each other. We were all then prompted on a Yellow colored 'Draw' notification. I have played approximately 1500+ games and that was the only time.
