Conqueror for AP Bruisers
Why doesn't it provide adaptive stats instead of solely AD? Rumble could benefit from it, for example. Or Vlad or even Jax.

we really dont need rumble sitting in lane, spamming flamespitter every 3 seconds and having it deal 20% of its damage in true damage.
vlad is a ranged champ anyways. the keystone is supposed to be geared towards melee champions.
that being said, riot needs to look into the sorcery keystones. if spellcasting champions (ad and ap) have to fall back on a support keystone because the game simply doesnt have one that supports sustained spell damage patterns, then something is clearly wrong.
Because they specifically don’t want AP champions to use it. AP champions don’t need true damage.
Because AP bruisers are already BROKEN. Next!
Honestly, AD champs can use all the AP AP keystones, yet we can't have conqueror. As usual... AD wins again and AP can suck salt....
Where did they ever say that? It's supposed to be a bruiser keystone.
Ap bruisers have strong keystones as is.
The AD won't directly benefit you outside of your AA's, but you still get the 20% true damage. A few choice picks do benefit from the AD boost.
Rumble could benefit from it
technically rumble can still benefit from the conversion and the auto attack damage though.
Or we could just remove it entirely
Rumble would be broken with it in my view but i feel it would be good for mordekaiser since he isn't going to see a buff in some time and they nerfed liandries torment so its rough fighting tanks now and you still get kited by backline
