Ranking Help

Hai everyone!

Username is Hiro Clo obviously and i am in need of some serious teaching. I have been ranking but most of the time i feel like im not going anywhere or there is still a lot more that i personally need to know. I am a ADC main and would like to have someone atleast to play with me and teach me the rights and wrongs i am doing (Maybe a high elo smurf to play ranked games with me). Not saying i just want someone to win the games with me but more in the sense of helping me grow and understand the rights and wrongs i am doing as i play the game. Best for me to get a professional opinions and lessons. If you can help me grow more in this game then add me
