Bard may be the first to prioritize doing this near walls, but Shiphtur has been using E flash on Ahri to redirect the charm around minions for at least 4 years.

Tbh I was expecting something like when Aphromoo discovered Alistar can W Q flash and his Q hits the original target and the flash location target, effectively doubling the AoE of the knock up.
