Put an end to trolls, afkers, or uncooperative team-mates once and for all.

I was thinking, Riot needs to take these kinds of players more seriously in RANKED games. I, as well as many others, are tired of losing not due to being less than the other team, but because we had a troll, afker, or just someone throwing a fit. There should be a program that riot approves of that allows the game to be recorded, and if a player like this shows up, then one of the players sends it to riot to have these players banned. If there are these kind of serious consequences then we will see less of these players. Kind of like how a robber wont rob someone who is armed. I see many players who give the excuse that they wont get in trouble even if they are reported. They do not fear getting reported because they don't see riot really looking into these reports and making huge consequences. I got demoted all the way from silver 2 to silver 5 because i was in games where players where afk or just refused to play because they were fighting with another team player. I was in a game where all four of my allies were upset and just stood at base doing nothing.

Either way, there must be something done about this issue because reporting these players just isn't enough. Not even to intimidate them.
