Can Quinn and Valor get a little bit of love?

To start off, I'm no Quinn main that plays her religiously and is coming to cry that she isn't in the meta. I love where she's at and think she's about as perfect as she is going to get. Except that she has one glaring, although minor, issue.

Things Quinn/Valor can do

  1. Be Ranged
  2. Be Melee
  3. Use Runaans Hurricane

Things Kayle can do

  1. Be Melee
  2. Be "Ranged"
  3. Use Runaans Hurricane
  4. Use Ravenous Hydra/Tiamat

See the problem? Valor is called a "mobile melee attacker" yet can't use the item reserved for melee champions. Meanwhile, Kayle can use the item for ranged champions even though she just magically slaps them and doesn't actually fire a projectile.

Please Rito, I feel like its not asking much. It just makes sense logically for Quinn/Valor to get the same treatment as Kayle.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that hydra works except at the end of Valor to prevent a bug. I guess its time to cheese ranked now. Sorry rito.

Hydra works on Valor, you still keep the ad and lifesteal when in Quinn mode- but get some extra (on top of extra) power when you go Valor. I use it pretty often.

The Valor E>Q>aa>Hydra damage is pretty real.

EDIT: Same thing with Gnar. Can use Hydra when he goes Mega. EDIT2: Got a penta with hydra valor last week. Still cheesing.

I don't understand what you mean. Hydra and Hurricane work exactly the same with Quinn as they do with Kayle, as they do with all champions that switch from melee to ranged - you always benefit from the stats, and only benefit from the passives when in the appropriate form.
