Xin buffs?

Hello Everyone, I was recently told by a friend that Xin has some buffs on PBE. I couldn't believe it. Sure enough, there they are. This is very surprising. From my experience, in Bronze>Gold jungle Xin is currently very very strong. I have managed to have a win rate over the last 3 seasons over 75% with him.

Honestly, is there a need for a buff? Are people struggling with him? I am actually quite able to get through the current jungle (5.4) without issue. I have been told in higher ELO that the newer mobility based champs can be an issue, but this isnt the case in low elo. My fear is that any buffs to XIN will make him OP in low elo. I would already consider him very very strong.

Just my thoughts. What do you think?

Thanks, Hammer

I don't think xin is "very very strong", but hes decent.

In my opinion, he didn't really need buffs too badly. He's decent at clearing in a timely manner and his base damages and base scaling makes him have multiple reliable end-game builds for whatever situation, even in the worst case scenario of dealing with the Jungle's lackluster economy. The only thing he really needed was a tool to better sustain through the Jungle since his damage is almost entirely single target (aka he'll be eating a lot more attacks than quite a few other junglers from every camp other than Gromp), and hey, that's where the buffs were aimed at.

Xin is decent, but he takes huge damage in the jungle if he wants to full clear, isn't the best ganker and while a decent carry late game, usually can only dive 1-2 targets before going down. I think that Xin was in need of minor buffs, and minor buffs he got.

I agree with the other commenters. I like xin, but he just needed a little poke upwards to compete. with this, voli buff, zac buff, and tank jungler buff in general, I think Rito's finally giving us some of what they wanted, jungle diversity.
