Bots in ARAM?

So all night there have been bots in ARAM. Im a 7 year veteran of league and I wanna know is this implemented by Riot or are people finding ways of hacking the game? Ive noticed 80% of the time it "happens" to be a Ziggs. Either way if this is a Riot fix or the first time ive seen this game hacked to this magnitude it is BULLSHIT! You can even spot them in loading cuz its usually the guys who arent connected to a team AND have no mastery. If this is a Riot implement then I will delete my account and if it's a hack... why in the hell arent they doing something about it!? If anybody can explain whats going on Id really appreciate it.

Don't be silly, the game isn't hacked, bots aren't hacks. People are just using bots to grind for exp and ip without having to play the game themselves.

You can help Riot mitigate the problem by reporting them. But its unlikely that Riot will ever truly fix this issue because the real solution would affect their profits.
