Maybe it's an unfair comparison but....

Am I the only one a little confused as to why Aurelion has a 2 second stun on a very large skillshot with a 10 second cooldown when it's maxed. While Cassiopeia has a conditional 2 second stun on an awkward to hit, delayed, short range, point blank ultimate with a 75 second cooldown. Of course taking into account that she has her second passive upgrade without any extra cdr.

Idk maybe i'm crazy.
