Riot, Can we disable a teammate's ALL-CHAT privileges for 5 min? Please!!

Please, just think about it.

The worst thing that can happen it is to make him over-boil his rage and calm down faster.

Or rage quit, Or start doing very obvious intentional feed... Which is fine by me, a certain type of summoner.... they will just be combed out much easier by the system! Thats good in the long run.

But hopefully some will start focusing more on their enemies position and their available spells than complaining to them.

If 3 of the team vote with yes; All-Chat is disabled for 5 minutes and write this with big gray sad letters over his screen: "Your team deemed your communication with the opposing team to be an Unfruitful, Distracting and Pathetic rant".

One can only loose privileges once per match, ones privileges can be brought for voting every 5 minutes after the 10th minute. But give him an "Ok, Ill be quiet" option to choose if he wants - before the team votes, if he clicks it; he voluntarily looses his all-chat privileges for 10 minutes and he gets 5% bonus IP at the end.
