Is it me or is veigar's e stun time up faster than usual? I dont remember veigar having his stun box come up literally a second after hitting e. Had a ranked game where veigar "support" instantly had his box up before i Leblanc could even dash away from it. Was that one of the changes to him or? And i dont mean the cooldown i mean the time casted and the time it raised. I remember as kat i would get away the second i saw a shadow on the ground showing it was coming..that was at least 3second's this one was instant or less then a second.
