Wait Time for new Ranked mode is Ridiculous

I am currently in my 8th or 9th matchmaking loading screen and have been waiting for well over 30 mins to just play a simple game in ranked. However due to whatever reason, people keep dodging, whether it be a lack of choosing bans or champs, or the simple fact that they chose a champ and it may have been banned and then will dodge out of disappointment. (make that 10th, it has happened again as i wrote this post)
