I played a game as talon earlier, on my other account, HASAK1, and I expected to be able to do normal assassin things (deleting squishies). I kind of ran into a problem though, I went 27/13 when I ended the game. But, kai sa could assassinate me with her huge ult shield and magic damage. I couldn't really build against her because her passive is magic damage and so is her e, and her auto attacks do a lot of damage along with her passive. You should either buff talon or nerf kai sa, I'm sorry riot but you needa fix your balance system.

Not problem of talon only, Khazix Zed Rengar even MonkeyKing with leth can't just assassin her before she pop her shield and destroy them.
