Noticing an increase in scripting Lee Sins

Honestly it isnt super annoying, but there is definitely an increase in scripters lately. Oh wow this guy is new to ranked and plays xerath, cass, and lee and is a lee sin god? I would rather face a scripting lee sin i guess then the others like a kog lulu or a cass, but it is still frustrating. Anyways I am gonna quit playing/spending money until I see this dudes account banned in the next wave of bans but it is so stupid as I have noticed a few others in my games (sometimes on my team) and it is dumb because it ruins the game for everyone.
