I did have a look through some of the boards but was unable to find any post / answer I'm looking for. I am curious if there is any system for rolling 1,2 or even 3 legendary (or other rare skin loots) together and receiving something of equal or more rarity!?
Is it completely random and rolling 3 legendary skins could result in receiving a standard common skin?

Never reroll legendaries man odds are you're gunna get a shitty ass skin cause its 100% random
Don't ever reroll high Value skins The skins that you put into the reroll have no influence on what you get so yes, you could get a crap skin from rerolling 3 legendaries If you don't want a legendary just disenchant
The quality of the inputs for a reroll have zero relation to the quality of the output.
Higher price-tier skin shards for skins you don't want are better off being disenchanted into larger amounts of essence that you can use when you encounter a shard for a skin you DO want.
