Anyone know the computers they use in LCS or any pro level arena.
i want to buy the perfect pc (not a laptop) yet it still being affordable. please if you have any recommendations. i want no lag at all.

It varies from pretty modest systems to overkill systems. Although what you would get depends on a mixture of your budget and what you actually plan on playing/using the desktop for. To run competitive and less demanding games even at a constant triple digit frame rate doesn't really cost much. You only need to go beyond the lower range gpus/cpus if you end up streaming or wanting to play the AAA games on max settings/high resolutions.
lag is more related to your internet connection than to your pc, unless you are talking about framerate lag which can be caused by anything from a weak GPU, too much crap running in the background / not enough ram, antivirus or windows update deciding that the middle of your game is exactly the perfect time to do their thing, a fragmented hard drive (easily solvable by getting a PC with a solid state drive) etc
