Colored Outline on Champs

I always find myself lost in team fights, and I think a large part of that for me in particular is not knowing who's on my side, who to target, etc. While I may just be bad, I think it would be very helpful if champions have a colored outline in respect to their teams instead of the black outline that's there currently. If this is already in the game, then either I am blind or I missed a setting to turn it on.
