Wrong players matched with me in ranked

In the past month, i ranked up from gold 1 to plat 4. I have ~50-55% winrate and currently am at plat 4, 33lp. ign: Always Wurf It, on NA servers

Here's the thing: I keep getting matched with gold 3 to plat 5 players. Even with my recents wins, my mmr doesnt change and i keep getting matched with lower elo player. I get 18lp for a win and -20 for a lost (approximately). It's so annoying cause its harder to rank up and i cant play against other players of my rank. Last season i went from bronze 2 to plat 2 (peak). It was a similar situation, but instead i was winning 23lp for a win and -18lp for a lost.

my mmr doesnt change

The mmr on third-party sites is innaccurate. It's based off of the other people in the same league as you. You could literally not do anything and that number would change every few hours depending on how their games went.

When you lose more mmr per loss than you get for per win it means you are in a higher division that what your mmr is. It will eventually even out if you prove to the system (by winning) that you belong where you are.

To further illustrate - right now I am getting 26-30 lp per win 12-15 per loss and I am skipping divisons because my mmr is much higher than my division.
