Who had the brilliant idea of changing the jungle so drastically, because it seems like every single champion save Nunu is suffering a god awful early game. Any advice to make jungle fun again or should I just rotate to another, less boring and miserable role?

Is pretty godly right now, as well as 
. Shaco and Volibear can clear without a problem, being able to gank at level 3. Udyr and Nocturne clear just fine after their first back and are fun to use.
