Ranked makes no sense?

Like actually, this consistently happens, and I have had people say that you have a separate mmr from your rank that also determines who gets in your game, but seriously this is ridiculous and ruins the point of ranked and trying to climb if you are just going to place me in games with those ranked higher than me. Also the stating "if you want to climb then you need to beat those ranked higher than you" fine that makes sense as long as it is even on both sides, which leads me to my next point. Why am I getting 3 people on my team ranked bronze vs silver 1's? I don't care what rank I ultimately facing as long as I am not being placed in crappy situations like that. Honestly, at that point, what is the point of even having a ranked queue if it is going to have that vast of ranks in your game? "That just means that the other team probably had a lower mmr then" ok cool, let them play in games with high silvers/low gold and get demoted then. I just don't understand how there can be any legit reason to have a whole tier of difference in one game, especially on the lower ends where there are way more people, on top of having it be so one-sided. Also, I am not making this post to blame teammates if they feed etc., because I don't necessarily blame them when they are going against people just straight up better than them for no reason. Just fix the ranked queue please. It has been like this forever and it just gets on my nerves.
