My Ranked Points...

Im silver 3, whenever i win a match i seem to gain max 19 points, when i lose a match, i seem to lose 19-21 points. My brother is silver 2 and his gain is much more (max 24 points) and his loss is a lot less (14 points). I think its very stupid that im losing more then what im getting. Fix this problem! its very annoying how i have to win twice cuz of 1 loss.
