Mid game skin changes

Hey Riot, I just realized that lots of people buy crap tons of skins for single champs, and we can only use one of those skins per game. Would you look into the possibility to change your skin when we're dead? Seems like a little waste if every time you play a game, you can only use one skin, forcing the people who purchase lots of different skins to inherently throw away all the money for skins they don't use. Also, since we would only be able to change skins during re-spawn time, game play would largely be unaffected.

I think this would create a lot of confusion between allies and opponents for no other reason than to satisfy a personal and cosmetic desire. Additionally, this would most likely affect gameplay as reloading a skin would, in all likelihood, would involve disconnecting the summoner and reconnecting them simply to load a different skin into the game.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it could also cause latency issues for many involved if and when any given player decided to switch skins in mid game. Ten players in one game with each of them deciding to switch out a skin in the middle of a game? I could see something like that creating a mass of lag spikes and causing the game to run sluggishly.
