Rito pls fix ranked matchmakings

I have been stuck in bronze 4 for about 2 months because of my team. Every ranked game I get fed at any role and i rarely ks people. But if you look at the kda everyone on my team has less than 3 kills and has about 7 deaths each while I am buying items with a kda of 6/2/4 at 20 mins. My plat friends always tell me that if I want to win then i have to carry my team but I wont be able to carry if the enemy team is silver 3 to 5 and their mid lane, adc, and jungler of 8/1/3 with almost 3 items built. In the end i always lose with a good kda with my team always being too heavy. Even happened when i first started ranked against golds going 1 win and 9 losses being placed in bronze 4. I will end up in bronze 5 soon because of my team that legitimately looks like they are purposely feeding. Rito please fix the matchmaking and place me against bronze people.
