Support Items

I like the current support items, however one thing they're missing is CDR. Support items have always, at least since I've been playing league, provided CDR. Mage supports in particular already suffer from very little CDR, Zyra in particular really only gets CDR if she takes the Transcendence rune, and maybe another 10% late game if she builds Zhonya's. A good way to implement this would be to have all tier 1 support items start with no CDR, that way bot lane doesn't change much i.e. supports won't have CDR level 1 for faster rotations. But then give 5% CDR when the item upgrades to tier 2 at 500 gold, then an additional 5% when it upgrades to tier 3 at 1000 gold. That way the CDR is gained incrementally and you have access to it in the mid game when you really need it. That is my only suggestion, otherwise the support items are great right now in my opinion.
