Miss Fortune's damage is too much

Mf's Q damage is way too much for a single spell damage. She was only one level ahead of me, had 10 minions over and had only 2 finished items (without any crit chance). I had 1248 HP + an overheal shield of about 150 and she dropped me to 397 HP with her Q's second hit which is almost 100% of my health in one single Q. Plus when she gets item 3134 as her only item in lane, her Q's second damage literally does half HP in one single hit. That's absurd. There's a picture of my HP before her Q hit me and one right as it hits me.

So normal calculation, if u forgot about crit, lethality, and runes for now, lets say she is lvl 8, max Q, base dmg 150.

Max Q applies 100 atk dmg + 100% atk dmg. scaling that would total 250.

Your average 100-150 dmg with crit would be 500-600(?) dmg, so 250 would make go higher. Then you can add lethality, which ignore some armor, and cause you to take more.

Her second Q has applied crit. There, you have crit and lethal. Right now, any lead in the game can kill you.

or celerity changes helped screw you over cause the additional 9.6% additional attack dmg. So add that too.

Her E does more dmg with the AP celerity changes. unless she has no base AP. then nvm.

So she has true damage from conqueror, crit dmg, lethality, and celerity that doesn't affect much with MF's movement speed(since she can gain it in a press of a button), but boost her atk dmg and made her more dominant than she already been.

Dude she has two full items and she's a level above you.

Of course she's going to deal a lot of damage.
