The New Match System it's just so bad.. please fix it up just look at what i have to say

Before the new match system when everyone joined the lobby i would always say "will fill prefer not 2 support.. but will if i have to" this means i will literally play every role, but i would prefer not to play support [Why because i suck at it].. now if i want to play a game... i have to pick a role [Lets say Jungle and mid] and wait 30 mins to play 1 game.... [ this sucks why in the world would i want 2 wait in que for 30 mins or more to play a game that i like.. its just stupid please fix this i dont want to wait in que for 30mins.. my suggestion is instead of only picking 2 roles you should have max of 5 roles [like me if i que up i would pick top/mid/jg/adc and i would leave open support and people who are willing to play more then 3 roles should be able to que up faster...
