Can someone please explain what happened to me last night

Last night I'm in duo queue with my friend and when we are loading into the game everyone on my team disconnects but they were all able to reconnect at the 2 minute mark all of them except for me because when i tried to relaunch league it got stuck "scanning files" the entire game I made to over 10000 files scanned and then it again worked after the game ended and I have low priority queue now. so was there a problem with the server? has anyone had this experience before?
