RIOT Patch 5.4 is missing stuff

Listen Riot you NEED to buff Azir's soldier aa range back up to normal heck make all of his abilities weaker and make him op late game but plz he sucks mid now and top he is ok however he has a super high skill cap. Secondly fix runaans hurricane and kalista this nerds kalista and screws up her abilities please fix this.

Azir Changes

Q: weaker with lower range early scales back up to original damage (before 5.3) or higher at max level

W: Soldier aa range goes up as leveled starts off where it currently is goes back to 400 along with longer duration of soldiers 1 second to 1 second longer than current time

E: No Change

R/Passive: Move azir's attack speed and cool down reduction passive to ultimate .75 attack speed per 1% cdr at lvl 1 ult 1 or 1.25% at lvl 2 ult and 1..25 or 1.5 or 1.75% at lvl 3 ult
