Any half competent player would realise that it's Vladimir's job to blow up your team - your job is to make sure they don't die by shielding to peel. The Vladimir has the greediest and most disrespectful build because your team has no shields, no way to peel Vladimir, no magic resist, no good teamfight potential or anything. Your team has 3 incredibly squishy champions with no synergy and not one of you decided to build any magic resist. By disrespecting Vladimir's potential, it's clear that you aren't playing competently enough to realise that their Vladimir went full AP with no CDR - this means no rotations or defensive stats - this means if any of you had built anything to negate his burst (maw of mort, banshees veil, steraks, etc), Vladimir's is momentarily dealt with for 5 seconds. 5 seconds of Vladimir doing no damage but he became a monster because you gave him the tools to destroy your whole team. I understand that you're a silver player but expecting an aoe burst mage to not blow up your team is like expecting the sun to not rise in the morning. You guys didn't want to use your brain to realise in champ select that in the event that Vladimir snowballs his lane, which becomes a very hard snowball due to Vladimir's high burst playstyle especially against 3 squishy champions, to pick any tanks to peel and shield against him. I don't advise this every game because you play whoever you want but remember that dealing with someone of Vladimir's calibre requires 3 things; shields, magic resist and methods to deal with his burst. Whether it be having a support like Soraka, Janna, Lulu or Taric who have strong healing and immortality ultimates to protect your carries who can build defensive aoe items (Locket of the Iron Solari, Redemption, Face of the mountain, etc) or having a tankier jungler / top with crowd control who can build towards a Knight's Vow, Adaptive Helm and Sterak's Gage. The Vladimir had no room in his build for rotations, but you allowed him to build full explosive damage because no one respected what he could do.
EDIT BECAUSE I DIDN'T REALISE I NEED TO INCLUDE THIS: Vladimir is extremely cooldown dependant, notably for his flash cooldown, to execute a combo to deal his damage to your backline. If you aren't aware of his combo it requires him to flash into a team with crimson rush and a charged tides of blood, release his ultimate and cast transfusion on a carry. That means his trigger without summoner spell cooldown reduction is every 300 seconds - 5 minutes of Vladimir not being able to engage your team unless you position poorly. Play around summoner spell cooldowns to apply pressure and remember his ultimate cooldown - Vladimir without any cooldown reduction has an ultimate of 120 seconds (2 minutes). He has no mobility to engage on his own accord because he has no gapclosers - Vladimir has the worst mobility and has no cc of his own to protect himself.
This isn't Vladimir's fault - this is yours - learn to play appropriate champions or learn to build / play according to how Vladimir wants to play. As a jungler, your priority is to make sure Vladimir doesn't reach the magnitude that's evident in this game - apply a lot of early game pressure to cease his snowball and give your allies breathing room to deal with him. Learn how to play around him - don't complain about him and think he's too strong if you didn't care to respect who he is because that's just idiotic. Your choice of Evelyn in this game is extremely risky unless you get extremely fed because you only give damage to your team - just like Vladimir. Champions like Evelynn without the proper knowledge of the game are LP drainers - use her if you know what you're doing.
Picking a teamcomp with no synergy against their comp with a Jarvan IV, Darius, Jinx, Vladimir and Lux spells out; S-P-L-I-T P-U-S-H or E-N-D E-A-R-L-Y. If you can't finish the game by 25 minutes you need to avoid grouping to avoid their teamfight and work together to outrotate them. Forcing objectives is a terrible idea unless their all dead - you have no teamfight.
TLDR: Get good, don't think shit is broken without using your brain. Get some magic resist, don't build whatever you want without thinking about it, consider what you need to do as a jungler to deal with volatile lanes and think about what your end game win condition is. Learn to respect what you're playing against and don't think for a moment that a champion is the problem for a loss. It's all about how you play to win the game and how you need to work with your team to get that win.
