Jungle Update 6.22 is it better or worse your opinion and thoughts!

Just wondering what everyone thought about the new jungle changes and if any new strategies have came out from it I haven't got to play it but a few times here are some initial things I've kinda deciphered but don't know how correct they are.

  1. Longer respawn times lead to pushing the farm junglers out (bad at ganking good at clearing), so if you are a power clearer you could end up with nothing to do but try and invade or gank.

  2. Getting a successful invade and leaving a creep up in the camp could be more painful to the enemy jungler especially on raptors or krug camps, also coming to this conclusion lead me to a better understanding why they removed the little creeps from the blue and red buff more.

  3. At the same time with #2 being more painful when you invade successfully its also can punish you easier, they are a bigger window for your enemy to clear a jungle and make it all the way to the other side of the map to gank, so gonna be a bit harder doing cross map invades since the window had grown larger for you to walk into a barren enemy jungle and waste time even though they are on the otherside of the map ganking.

  4. kinda on the fence about how useful plants are compared to the smite buffs, Blast cone is a good time saver for certain champs and can be used defensively or offensively, Scryer Bloom seems to be trying to mimic Wolf Spirit in a bigger area, and Honey Fruit just kinda seems like a bonus you can run by that will be completely unneeded or a life saver.

These are my thoughts on what I've played so far only played about 5 games so far what do you guys feel about it anything cool I've missed?

I miss Gromp's poison-on-hit buff.

  • I prefered season 6; it was more beneficial for laners to start at golems or toad.
  • Golems and toad are pretty lame. The stun/poison it used to have was beneficial. Jungle right now just seems a lot like season 5 with an attempt of mixing with season 6 but completely failed. It's like going to a public bathroom and taking shit and hitting the toilet seat instead of getting it in the bowl.
  • Plants are pretty dumb. They should be removed. They bring absolutely nothing to the game. It just seems like they pulled an idea out of a hat and decided to stick with it. Sure they could improve the plant system in the future, but I doubt it'll be for the better judging from Riot rap sheet of great changes.
