Sure, Azir is dead, that's why I've been going 28/11, 25/13, 9/0, 20/8 ect ect ever since he was nerfed.
The last time Azir got nerfed hard everyone said it killed him then too, and he stayed popular in Korea while everyone complained that he was unplayable. Adapt to the changes instead of complaining about them, they're highly unlikely to get reverted unless his win rate tanks permanently and severely.
