Fiora Rework!

Most will say "OP" or "Nerf". Only some actually realize that this rework really changes fiora around. Here's how it works "Omg QQ nerf" yes if you cannot play the game and only know how to button mash and have 0 skill, yes this is a nerf to YOU. "Fiora is OP as hell" Yes, if you cannot play the game and only know how to beat low skill players.

This fiora update really increased her skillcap required. No more double Q. It allows her to gain her mobility to protect her from ganks. But it decreases her gap closing potential. Her W, great buff. Now she duels better. Her E, "nerf" but not really since at max E level its a very strong crit (added with IE) and you have yourself an AA nuke. Granted most people like the AA right click afk kind of game, but fiora now is no longer about just AAing it's about re-positioning herself to hit vital spots. her R... this is where people are crying "Omg they ruined fiora" or "they buffed her too much". I think her ult is really strong now, even stronger than before. Although, you most likely won't see the full benefit of the ulti. Unless you know how to be strategic about it. If you need that heal to survive a team fight, pick a squishy nuke them and then boom AoE heal for your team thats as good as Jannas (without a lot of AP). If your team is good, they will pick off that unit that you marked to get that heal. Team effort wins here. Her damage from it is actually incredible for a single target. (23% of enemy max HP true damage if all vital hits are spot) so this means.. you can challenge enemy tanks if they engage on your ADC. Her ult is a strategic advantage you can use if you know how to use it. If not, then yes this is a big nerf to you. If you do, it's actually a buff. But is it really "OP"? Chances are you won't hit all 4 vital spots. (CC//enemy dying before that/you dying before that). Hitting all 4 actually requires some skill.

But her passive, this is the cake. No longer are you HP regen harassing enemies, but now.. you're trying to poke enemies down with the vital spots while trying not to get harassed too hard. This is what I think makes her more "fair" Her duel capabilities for just auto attacks made her an early game level 1 cheese where she can Q+AA+Q+AA you to half HP or even kill you if you're not careful. This change makes her more into a harass/poke unit rather than an early burst lets try to snowball out of control. So, is it a nerf? Is it a buff? You decide. But to me, it's just a rebalance of her damage into more than just her Q +AA+R. Her kit actually has to work together now to make it as efficient as it should be.

I like all the abilities. But they replaced fiora If you see GP, ashe, ryze, mf their reworks didnt feel like new champs. it still felt like i was playing ashe,ryze etc. but this, they have created a new champion. i do not dislike the kit, its brilliant. but they have replaced fiora with someone else. fiora is dead

thematically her base kit is entirely the same...

she still has a dash on her q, riposte on her w and and an attack speed boost/more powerful auto attacks on her e.

her passive is more interesting. her ult if you get the 4 marks off is massively stronger against a single target. every ability in her base kit was buffed in some way, and its almost silly how much damage her ult does and how effective the heal is.

yeah they did ... and it was intended

fiora the GRAND duelist who doesnt realy compete anything

she has a double gapcloser that does nothing besides medicore damage she has a riposte which doesnt realy do that much for her ... its a slight cheese but mostly has little in the means of impact she has an atack speed boost that boost her movement speed and she has an ult that deals damage and makes her untargetable

there is nothing interesting here ... her kit was deprived of anythign that could realy atract the player besides visuals and snowballing

meanwhile new fiora ... has tonns of interaction ... and creates tonns of ways for you as a player to shine

they replaced whatever was of fiora ... because fiora never TRULLY EXISTED ... she was like a place holder ... champion just made because rito got into theme andwanted to have that theme in game

you don't know what fiora was. i know her. riposte doesnt do much? dont talk as if you main her. cz i do and there was no fuckin champ that countered me when i was top fiora. there is no new fiora... its a sad excuse by riot so that they dont have to say they wanted to "remove" a champ and called it "rework". lol, still suprised to know you thot her w wa useless

I hate the new fiora, you guys should try playing her on rank and actually carry a game again, or get that feeling of being able to assassinate or tower dive enemies, nah its all gone if you didnt kill them before they went back into their tower you can kiss goodbye to that kill coz with her new kit either you get lucky enough to fight someone dumb enough to let you poke them down or just cri er tym coz they are smart and will know how to avoid getting hit in vital spots, and realise that you are useless. Oh not to mention that new W oh man yeah lets avoid dmg for 1 sec but stand perfectly still so that i can get surrounded and destroyed, yeah shes just trash im done playing her i had over 200 games with her last season now shes just dead to me.

Fiora was made to be a duelist. Her old "duelist" was literally an assassin. You can't carry games with her because you probably haven't practiced her enough yet. It literally is like playing a new champion. The old fiora was actually annoying because no matter how much you beat her in lane, she'd pick up a tiamat and then farm up/split push. Then become a monster anyway. I really think this new fiora rebalanced her, because she's broken as hell if you know how to play her. She's weak as hell if all you want to do is talk about how she used to be. Her damage output is a lot more than she used to be.

Edit: On another note, her ult benefit of healing is key for the team. So you can prioritize targets and allow your team to heal up in a teamfight making fiora have huge utility boost for the team. Vital spots on ult easy to hit, you'll always hit one. Enemy dies? You team gets a nice boost. I think it's a gamechanging ult. Also, enemies who can "avoid your vital spots" is actually funny that you mention that. Her Q prioritizes vital spots. (Just so you know, it's not that hard to hit vital spots unless you can't control her).
