Practice tool Ornn upgradable items

I was wondering if it would be possible for you guys make it so that all champions in practice tool are able to purchase the ornn upgradable items :) Would just be a cool little feature which would allow for some theory crafting and just make it a bit nice and not having to go into custom games and wait for ornn to hit lvl 13+ to get access to them :)
