replace normals with urf

Maybe for you, but for a lot of us, normals are a central part of our League experience. Personally, I like playing with my friends, but I don't trust several of them enough to risk my elo; That Shouldn't mean I can no longer play with them in anything that's not urf.

And what about the new players - They shouldn't have to rank up on manaless bullet hells, where half the items are useless, only to get to ranked, where wasting a cd can cost a game or even a series, and every item counts.

Not after a while, you get sick of it because of how mindless it is

URF's the placebo a player may need from time to time, but it's not something you want to depend on.
