Can fizz get special nerfs for URF?

Can his E be specially changed for URF (Like Kassa R) to have a slightly higher cooldown, maybe 4 seconds so you actually have a chance to beat him

4 is way too long. it's currently 2 in URF. as much as i hate fizz, he deserves a little better than that. i'd tentatively put it at 2.5 or 3. it's really that extra split second that counts the most

You can't do shit against him. As I didn't even have time to land an AA because the animation was slower than his E

that's yeah that's, i mean i agree he should have it increased so you have time to hit him with something. i just think doubling it would be a bit harsh
