They cant allow players to influence matchmaking. If you want to know why look at blizzards case with overwatch. They tried it, it didnt go well for good players.

Well, being able to use your block list to avoid certain players based on skill level would fuck up matchmaking quite a bit.

It's a shitty situation, but I don't think there's a good alternative.

How do you unblock someone you blocked? I ask because I was paired with someone, and I need to communicate during the game. Either you FULLY ban the person, or you give me options to open the chat. If you're going to ignore the ban, at least let me be able to chat. Gameplay is adversely affected by this.
