Runes
Hello , I'm getting to level 30 and from the beginning I have saved some money for runes . Someone can help me make some runes " generals " to AD and AP , because at the moment I only have 2 runes pages.
Thanks.

Generic AD/AP rune pages:
Ad: Flat ad marks, flat armour seals, flat mr glyphs, AD quints
AP: Magic pen marks, flat armour seals, flat mr glyphs, AP quints.
For the ad one, depending on the particular ad champs you're more prone to play, you may want to swap the marks for armour pen ones (e.g. for ad assassins) or AS ones (e.g. for marksman). AS quint(s) are also viable. (Whatever the choice they'd all still work in general across all AD champs.)
For the ap one, trading off some mr glyphs for mana regen can also be an option if you find yourself struggling for mana early game.
If you find yourself in a position to do so, getting a third page for a 'tank' build is probably worthwhile to round out your options. Sometimes you find yourself as the tank of the team, so you're not actually looking to do much AD/AP damage, so a rune page that's just all tank is useful.
For that I use: flat health seals, flat armour marks, flat mr glyphs, and armour quints.
It's a bit armour heavy since I'm generally tanking in either top lane or as support, and most top laners are ad and the threat in bot lane is usually just the adc if the support is building support-y. Also heavy extra armour compared to mr is a nice thing if I happen to be playing malphite or taric (or rammus but I don't own him).
Beyond those 3 pages you tend to be able to get more situational (e.g. scaling armour/mr if you know you're not likely to need the resistances early on, or particular pages for champions you main, and so on).
