Is actually anything being done about bots in Co-Op VS AI?

Silver scrub here, seriously it's so working on my nerves that if i want to learn to play a champion i have to battle my first experiences with said champion against 8 bots some of them going 13/2 10/2 14/0 and having 2/3 levels over me. Is there anything being done against those freaking bots?

It can't be that hard to find out whos botting, most of them if not all dont use masteries, probably get reported 1/2 matches for being a 3rd party program. Autoban them if they get reported for that specific thing 5+ matches or something. It gets to the point i have to practice my first matches on soloQ and will probably get flamed for feeding or trolling cause i still need to learn him :s.
