Nocturne Fix

Nocturne has an extremely strong burst and even sustain. However he is never given the opportunity to maintain sustainability because he is so squishy now. If he is going to be an assassin then his paranoia should have some kind of outlet so when he jumps behind the line at the ADC he isn't instantly nuked. Either making shroud last longer and block abilities while active and removing the attack speed bonus when blocked, or some kind of recall from his jump would be ideal, unless he is built up a little more tank like. Also I feel like a nightmare with paranoia should erase all vision and remove previous targeting on him. He is not a viable option in higher game play any more and I feel like an eternal nightmare would be stronger than most other champions.
