How much of its just luck?

Ive been playing League for 2 years now. I have 2 accounts a B4 account & a G4 account.

Ive mostly been focusing on my B4 account because I know I probably wont make it to plat by the end of this season so Id like to get my B4 account up to silver and just play once a month on my G4 account.

Ive been playing about 3-5 games a day and Ive only been able to hover in B4. I can win games no problem on my G4 account, on that account after I passed bronze I never went back but getting out of bronze seems harder than getting out of silver. Afk after Afk. People crying and bitching constantly. I learned along time ago just to focus on what Im doing and learn from my own mistakes. ELO hell is real. Is it just a bad time to move up in rankings? Im trying to main ADC after being a top main last season. I just dont know what to do. how much of it is just luck on getting a good team? Any advice would be great.

in lower elo. if you cant hard carry that's because you should be in it. higher up aka diamond and up, if you team plays poor chances are you will lose. as people higher up for the most part know how to pressure much better and close a game( not all but a lot more). and btw trolls get worse. in diamond the trolls are everywhere

it sounds like you still need to work on your hard carry skills since your teamwork is most likely what you like to focus on. the lower the rank, the easier it is to solo carry the game, the higher the rank, the more people tend to work together more since the skill level of all players increase, though still possible to solo carry.
