League Voice Chat

First of all, I've been playing league pretty consistently for 6 or 7 years. I appreciate the way we update without changing the whole structure of the game, but.. I have a question about the league voice chat stuff. I find consistently better games and wins with talking, and the new talk system is cool, but I'd love to see a few tweaks. Can we change it to where your whole team can hear you instead of just people queued up together so we don't have to play with discord? That's about all I'd like to see change right now. I have tons of other ideas worth contemplating too. Ps. I would love a job with riot. I pride myself on thinking uniquely, and I believe I could be a great asset to the company. Thank you, much love.
