Buff Skarner??

Don't see to much of around, and i now see why. Played a game with him, and he is starting to be really useless. I can't seem to find a way to play him and have fun, his ult sucks now, just buy a and you can counter it. useless outside the jungle without his passive, kinda hard to outrun him unless you have a slow, stun or red buff. He just isn't what he used to be... I mean BRUH, his popularity is 1.2% his ban rate is 0.2% and he is mained by 0.1 f.....g percent of the players.... Some champs are just collecting dust man, it's harsh... What do you think about this??
