Secondary camera lock option.

I know the camera angle topic has been around since the beginning of league and it doesn't appear to have gone anywhere. I started thinking about the issues I have with the locked camera and really the only time it majorly impacts my game is when I am bot lane on purple side. I thought of a feature that would greatly help my game play, and possibly help others that feel the same way. What I would like to see is a secondary lock option for my camera so I could lock my character, say in the top right corner of my screen. If I could toggle between the two lock positions it would be even better, if I saw someone coming up behind me I could recenter my camera. I don't believe this sort of option would give you any major advantage and wouldn't require any sort of complex game changes or angle changes (I do hate the angle it feels like I am constantly looking around behind me when I am fighting).

Someone may have already suggested this but I haven't seen it in the forums. I am sure someone will say just to play with a unlocked camera but here are the problems I run into. I like playing some of the high mobility champs and constantly having to recenter my unlocked camera while kiting is a real pain. I often find myself missing easy skill shots because my camera moves with my mouse or I am busy moving my camera to line up an attack when the jungle shows up. I don't have these issues on blue side because I have enough vision up the lane to cast skill shots and only have to unlock my camera to scout around occasionally.
