How do you get teams to listen?

Before you all spam me saying "Don't blame your team" or "If you're truly good you'll carry" Hear me out!

I was in a game. The enemy Annie was fed, and we were losing. I knew that we could have brought it back. It was late game, and we had enough damage to kill baron. Diana, the enemy jungler was farming in bot lane with her team. Baron was up and was wide open. I did the natural thing and spam pinged baron. Saying in chat "Diana bot, we can get baron ezpz" Instead of going Baron, my team decided to have a team fight. It lost us the game.

How in the world am I supposed to carry this?
