New option for in lobby

Hello, every ( and i mean every f lobby i come into ) people who get ''autofilled'' support troll the whole goddamn game and when you ''flame'' them you are the one who gets a chat restriction. and if you dodge lobby you get a 5 minute penalty ?? like really.

either there should be a option in lobby to kick the ''toxic'' player. and if its against 4v1 they should recieve a 1 day ban penalty. or make a board with a list of toxic / honorable players.
